We are dedicated to providing you with only the best. We select only Black Angus genetics for the Pine Valley Farms Premium Beef program. Cattle are youthful, less than two and a half years, resulting in less connective tissue and our products are graded using Canada’s world-renowned grading system.
This allows consumers to choose the level of marbling that directly relates to the tenderness and tasty eating experience that is desired.
